User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Flash Mob VPN regarding your use of our VPN services. By using the app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By downloading, installing, or using Flash Mob VPN, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the app and discontinue use immediately.

2. License:

Flash Mob VPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

3. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to use Flash Mob VPN for any activities that are illegal or prohibited by law. These include, but are not limited to:

• Hacking and Cyber Attacks: Engaging in unauthorized access to networks, data, or devices.
• Fraud: Conducting fraudulent activities or misleading practices.
• Violating Local Laws: Accessing or distributing content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited communications or engaging in bulk messaging.
• Infringing on Intellectual Property: Using the service to download, distribute, or otherwise use content that infringes on copyright or trademark laws.

4. Service Availability:

Flash Mob VPN aims to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee continuous, error-free access. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

5. Termination:

Flash Mob VPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the app and ceasing all use.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Flash Mob VPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of privacy, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to this Agreement:

We may modify this Agreement at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any changes will be posted within the app, and your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
